The Bottom Line
Good information gives you confidence. Early strategy gives you leverage. The right advocate gives you a defended future.
1. How do you structure your fees for criminal matters in Ontario?
Our fees are offered on a flat-fee basis before HST, and do not include third-party disbursements or government filing costs.
This means you always receive clear, upfront pricing with no hourly billing.
2. What criminal legal services do you provide as licensed Ontario paralegals?
We provide representation and legal support for criminal matters within the Ontario Court of Justice, including summary and hybrid Criminal Code charges, bail hearings, Crown negotiation, trial preparation, parole hearings, and arrest record destruction requests.

Disbursements are third-party or government costs outside of our fee, and may include:
- RCMP-accredited fingerprinting (if required by a police service or application process)
- Local police clearance or background check fees
- Certified court document fees
- Courier or mailing costs, if physical delivery is needed
We always confirm required disbursements with you before submitting anything.

No.
Our service fees are before HST, and does not include disbursements such as fingerprinting, police checks, or government processing fees.
